Cookie Policy

Zeus Soft srl — Cookie Statement. Last reviewed: 17 September 2026.

The internet pages of zeus-soft.com, opus.plus, radaropus.com, opusgo.app, clificol.net and provings.com use cookies. Cookies are text files that are stored in a computer system via an Internet browser.

Many internet sites and servers use cookies. Many cookies contain a so-called cookie ID. A cookie ID is a unique identifier of the cookie. It consists of a string of characters that allows internet pages and servers to be assigned to the specific Internet browser in which the cookie is stored. This allows visited internet sites and servers to distinguish the individual browser of the subject from other internet browsers that contain other cookies. A specific internet browser can be recognized and identified using the unique cookie ID.

By using cookies, zeus-soft.com, opus.plus, radaropus.com, opusgo.app, clificol.net and provings.com can provide the users of this website with more user-friendly services that would not be possible without the cookie setting.

  • To simplify your use of our website, both technical and session cookies are used. These cookies are therefore strictly necessary for the functioning of the website.

By means of a cookie, the information and offers on our website can be optimized with the user in mind. Cookies allow us, as mentioned earlier, to recognize our website users. The purpose of this recognition is to make it easier for users to use our website. For example, the website user who uses cookies does not have to enter access data each time the website is visited, because it is taken over by the website and the cookie is therefore stored on the user’s computer system.

All other cookies are only installed/activated after your explicit and prior consent during your first visit to the website. This consent can be expressed generally, for example in response to the cookie banner. Your consent will be traced for other and future visits to the website. As a user, you always have the right to withdraw your explicit consent in whole or in part.

Since cookies are personal data, their processing is governed by our Privacy Policy. By agreeing to our cookie policy, you give us permission to process your personal data (in particular the cookies) in accordance with our privacy statement.

For more information about cookies, see www.allaboutcookies.org or www.youronlinechoices.eu.

The use of “cookies”

During a visit to the site, ‘cookies’ may be placed on the hard drive of your computer. A cookie is a text file that is placed by the server of a website in the browser of your computer or on your mobile device when you consult a website. Cookies cannot be used to identify individuals, a cookie can only identify a machine.

zeus-soft.com, opus.plus, radaropus.com, opusgo.app, clificol.net and provings.com use the following cookies:

  • ‘First party cookies’ are technical cookies that are used by the visited site itself and that aim to make the site function optimally. Example: settings that the user has made during the previous visits to the site, or even: a pre-filled form with data that the user has done during previous visits.
  • ‘Third party cookies’ are cookies that do not come from the website itself, but from third parties, for example an existing marketing or advertising plug-in. For example, cookies from Facebook or Google Analytics. For such cookies, the visitor to the site must first give permission — this can be done via a bar at the bottom or at the top of the website, with reference to this policy, which, however, does not prevent further browsing on the website.

You can set your internet browser in such a way that cookies are not accepted, that you receive a warning when a cookie is installed or that the cookies are subsequently deleted from your hard drive. You can do this via the settings of your browser (via the help function). Keep in mind that certain graphic elements may not appear correctly, or that you will not be able to use certain applications.

By using our website, you agree to our use of cookies.

Website analytics

Our website’s landing page uses Matomo to track how visitors interact with our site and to measure the effectiveness of our Google Ads campaigns on search result pages. The data collected through Google Analytics, including your computer’s IP address, may be transferred to and stored by Google on servers located in Dublin. For more information, please refer to Matomo’s privacy policy (https://matomo.org/).

We have taken steps to ensure that Matomo is only used on our landing page, and no data is tracked or collected through the app. Additionally, Matomo will not use the analytics information collected for other services unless required by law or if third parties process the data on Matomo’s behalf. We have ensured that any data collected is in compliance with the GDPR and other applicable global privacy regulations.

Google AdWords — if used by you

zeus-soft.com, opus.plus, radaropus.com, opusgo.app, clificol.net and provings.com have integrated Google AdWords on the website. Google AdWords is an internet advertising service that allows zeus-soft.com, opus.plus, radaropus.com, opusgo.app, clificol.net and provings.com to place ads in the search results of the Google search engine and in the Google advertising network. Google AdWords allows us to pre-define predetermined keywords with the help of which an ad will only appear in Google’s search results when the user uses the search engine to retrieve a keyword-relevant search result. In the Google Advertising Network, the advertisements are distributed on relevant web pages using an automatic algorithm, taking into account the previously defined keywords.

The purpose of Google AdWords is to promote our website by including relevant advertisements on third-party websites and in the search results of the Google search engine and an insertion of third-party advertisements on our website.

If a data subject reaches our website via a Google advertisement, a conversion cookie is stored on the information technology system of the data subject via Google. The definition of cookies is explained above. A conversion cookie loses its validity after 30 days and is not used to identify the data subject. If the cookie has not expired, the conversion cookie is used to check whether certain subpages, for example the shopping cart of an online shopping system, have been called up on our website.

The data and information collected through the use of the conversion cookie are used by Google to create visit statistics for our website. These visit statistics are used to determine the total number of users served through AdWords ads to determine the success or failure of each AdWords ad and to optimize our AdWords ads in the future. Neither our company nor other Google AdWords advertisers receive information from Google that could identify the data subject.

The conversion cookie stores personal information, for example the internet pages visited by the data subject. Each time we visit our internet pages, personal data, including the IP address of the internet access used by the data subject, is transmitted to Google in Ireland, Dublin. This personal data is stored by Google in Ireland, Dublin. Google may transfer this personal data collected through the technical procedure to third parties.
